The Invisalign® Process
To begin your Invisalign® treatment, Dr. Carnazza will take photos and impressions of your teeth and mouth, which Invisalign® technicians will use to craft your aligners. The Invisalign® lab will ship your first set of aligners to our office (at which point we will give you detailed instructions on how to wear them) and each successive set to your residence. Simply change out the aligners as they arrive. When worn as directed (day and night, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss), the Invisalign® trays can straighten the teeth in as little as 18 months. After completing Invisalign®, many patients choose to enhance their smile with teeth whitening.
