Overdenture: Implant

This 78 year old female presented with a failing fixed implant bridge. She had 8 implants placed by a previous dentist in 2004 . Four of them failed to integrate into her bone. With advanced training in implant prosthetics Dr. Carnazza was able to use the remaining implants and create a new fixed removable bar overdenture. The new denture snaps in place over the bar offering greater stability and chewing than a conventional denture.
